Last night was the opening reception for the “MiniSolos” exhibition at Touchstone Gallery in Washington, DC. The exhibit runs from August 4th until the 27th, and features the work of 37 area artists. I was pleased to be a part of this group exhibition. Above is a quick snapshot of myself in front of my artwork in the show.
Above and below are images of my artwork in the show. Since all the artwork was hung salon-style, I didn’t want to crowd my wall space so I only included three collages framed in 16″x20″ frames. The collages in the show included “One, Two, Three Giraffes,” “Goldfish Pond,” and “Koala Bear.”
It’s been a busy couple of days. Soon I’m going to start thinking about different ways to promote my book Duck & Fish – once all my exhibit work is finished up in the next couple of months I’ll have some more time. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
Your artwork looks beautiful!
